Organizer of the Prize Game
The organizer of the prize game “Christmas Prize Game” is Reef d.o.o., Vipavska cesta 54, 5000 Nova Gorica.
Duration and Publication of the Prize Game
The prize game runs from 10 December 2025 to 18 December 2025 and is published on the Facebook page of Reef d.o.o.
Conditions for Participation
Every individual who, between 10 December 2025 and 18 December 2025, likes the selected post, writes an answer to the question in the comments, and follows the Reef d.o.o. Facebook page, is considered a participant.
Selection of the Winners
After the prize game ends, on 18 December 2025, the jury will draw one (1) winner from all participants, who will receive a prize.
The selection is final and cannot be appealed.
Prize Fund
Three (3) participants will be awarded in the prize game.
The total prize fund consists of:
- 1st prize: Divesoft DNA analyzer
- 2nd prize: OMS Safety set 6.0
- 3rd prize: Divesoft Sentry diving mask
The prizes cannot be exchanged for other items. The prize value cannot be paid out in cash.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winner Selection Procedure
The drawing will take place after the end of the prize game on 18 December 2025.
The prize draw will be conducted by random computer selection under the supervision of a jury appointed by the organizer, on the day following the end of the prize game. All participants who entered in accordance with the rules described above will be included.
All valid entries received during the prize game period—from 10 December 2025 (from 10:00 onwards) to 18 December 2025 (until 24:00)—will be included.
The winner will be notified no later than Saturday, 20 December 2025.
Obligations of Winners and Prize Collection
The winner must send their information (name, surname, email address, telephone number, and tax number) within 2 days of receiving the prize notification, no later than 22 December 2025.
As a taxpayer, the winner must complete a prize acceptance form with personal information for tax calculation purposes before claiming the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the specified deadline, the prize will remain unawarded and may be used for other promotional purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection
The organizer, Reef d.o.o., complies with data protection regulations in the Republic of Slovenia and ensures that the personal data you provide will be protected and processed lawfully. By participating, you agree that your email address may be used for notifications about discounts, news, promotions, and trends.
Participants have the right to request:
- Access to their personal data;
- Correction of personal data and related restriction of processing;
- Deletion of personal data if they withdraw from participation or revoke consent for processing beyond the scope of the prize game.
Other Provisions
All citizens of the Republic of Slovenia may participate, except employees of Reef d.o.o., their family members, and other persons involved in the execution of the prize game.
If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be represented by a person over 18 who has the legal right or authorization to do so. If a selected winner does not meet these conditions, the prize will not be awarded, and the organizer bears no obligations.
The organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the rules in case of changed circumstances or other justified reasons. Any changes will be published on www.reef.si.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes related to the prize game, the competent court in Nova Gorica shall have jurisdiction.
Validity of the Rules
The rules enter into force on 1 December 2025.
