• Upgraded Insulation: The BZ420X continues to use the classic Thinsulate™ material trusted in the diving industry for over 30 years. This time, it’s enhanced with improved thermal performance to deliver exceptional warmth while maintaining its compressive-free underwater feel.

• Thicker Polar Fleece: We’ve replaced the BZ400X’s micro-polar fleece with Thermo Pile 100, a high-quality polar fleece that offers greater warmth and comfort. This thermoactive, breathable fabric is built for intensive wear and allows full range of motion.

• Reinforced Design: Contrast-material reinforcements on the upper chest and shoulders protect high-wear areas while retaining flexibility.

• Modern Aesthetics: The classic diamond quilt pattern has been replaced with a sleek "brick" design for a more modern look that complements its high performance.
